Embrace Your Emotions and Be Transformed

Let me paint you a picture of some people I know.

They worry a lot and have trouble making decisions.

They’re embarrassed to tell anyone what’s really going on inside, even when it’s something good.

They’ve been talked down to and criticized for so long they’ve started to believe there’s something wrong with them.

They get nervous when they start to feel sad or angry. When someone expresses love or pride towards them they want to escape.

They feel guilty a lot of the time, believing that everything is their responsibility or their fault.

They’re depressed, anxious, and feeling stuck. They’re having trouble keeping up with the basics of every-day life. They’re zoning out in front of the tv, drinking more than they used to, losing their temper, sleeping and eating poorly, and feeling distant from their partners and friends.

Don’t be surprised if you see yourself in this picture. Many people are suffering and struggling like you are.

If you’ve read this far then I bet there’s a voice inside of you saying “If I don’t get help now, it’s just going to get harder and harder to do anything about it. This is not me and this is not what I want for myself. “

I want you to know that it doesn’t have to be this way.

I know because I have helped people just like you feel better.

I specialize in a type of therapy called AEDP that helps people overcome their anxiety, shame, and guilt. I can show you how to get in touch with core emotions like anger, sadness, joy, excitement and pride, and that when you do you can feel calmer, gain greater clarity about what you want, be more confident, and connect better with others.

So let’s paint another kind of picture together. In this picture you’re telling your boss you deserve that raise and promotion.
You’re reaching out to friends to have fun and when you need support. You’re telling your partner that you want to be treated with more kindness. You’re telling your kids that you love them and are proud of them. You’re experiencing deep gratitude for the kindness and love that you have received. And you have more compassion and self-respect for yourself because you accept that you are doing your best and that’s all anyone can ask of themselves.

Now you might have some questions about me, how AEDP therapy works, or some general questions. I’ll answer the biggest question you may have right here.

Can I help you? My goal is to help you be more authentic and freer to express yourself, have deeper connections with others, and help you get what you want out of life. So I believe I can help you, but the only real way to find out is to get started. If you are ready to invest in yourself, your relationships, and your future, then get started with a free 20-minute phone consultation.
